Okabo manages the central hub and coordinates the network of group sales consultants and local agents across communities. He oversees training, performance, and support for frontline teams, ensuring effective mobilization, group formation, and referral programs that strengthen village-level relationships.

A skilled engineer with hands-on expertise in off-grid solar systems, Barbra oversees product quality, installations, and after-sales support.
